They have beautiful eyes
I had to take this photo below. I don't know these people but I felt such a sense of peace and quiet and love between these 2 . It's a symbol of what I would like to reach with my husband : Growing old together ( may be without the hat though . . . ).
This is a salmon fishing farm, but it was closed so we couldn't enter.
The title on my blog is inspired by this picture I took when we arrived in the park this morning.
Jen and Ali are coming to visit on Saturday, there is the awaited walk in our park on the menu but the weather is getting worse and worse. Noooooooo !!!
I only took Bubbles this morning as Rhea was tired and we got a bit wet on our way back. NOT nice !
Project 365+1 - Day 220 : Relief
I wasn't too inspired today but here is my contribution. Without my Migraine relief tablets, I wouldn't be able to have a proper life !

its awful to suffer from migraines, I am very lucky and only had a couple....its good that you have found something that works I know for some it can be trial and error finding the right one. Hope the weather improves for you all to have a good walk together...look forward to the pics of you all together and the sun shining :)
My husband suffers from migraine but it seems to be less frequent as he gets older. Hope you get some relief.
I have an inhaler for my migraine relief but the attacks are less frequent now, so I agree with Janet. I also found certain foods caused them and I don't eat those now.
My Mum suffered with them for years and years, it was only when she qualified as a nurse and had an attack at work and an er doc gave her a jab and it went that she realised she could probably get proper meds. She hasn't suffered from them as she has got older either.
Do they get rid of them entirely or just make the symptoms bearable?
