The weather this morning was back to autumnal style, even a bit better as the skies were kind of blue and it wasn't raining.
Like yesterday I went out with both girls together. Rhea is still on lead due to her stitches, you would think it would help me to take pictures? Well no, because she keeps on pulling and making most of my photos blur.
I brought her to the Vet beginning of the afternoon. They had the cysts analysis results and they were lipomas indeed so I was over the moon. She needs to stay on lead during walks until this week-end, after that it will be easier for me.
Project 365+1 - Day 339 : Couple
With Dennis away and most of dog walkers coming without their spouse, I wasn't sure how I would manage today's word but then I got an idea.
This photo will surely look very familiar to Kathi. You know that we got married in Penzance so we spent our honeymoon around there too and we visited a little village called the Mousehole ( have a look HERE it is absolutely charming ). It was close to Christmas time and it was marvelous.
If I remember correctly it's where you grew up Kathi ? There is a small shop where they make by hand adorable mice in all costumes possible.
Of course, we went for the married couple.
Do you remember that for a word a while ago I showed a painting in the conservatory that's not centered because it keeps turning and I need a ladder to reposition it each time?
Well the story of the mice is much worse. You surely can see, they are absolutely covered with dust. The problem is, they are on a shelf 1.80m high and since we put them there, we bought another furniture and put the TV on it. In other words, even with a ladder, I can't access them without risking to break my neck and the TV. So I guess only the day we move ( or change the TV ) they will get a good needed clean, LOL.
Take care everybody, xxx

The mice couple are so cute and remember the dust is a protective layer :)
What a lovely couple. A little dust never did anyone any harm.
Oh yes, don't take the dust off. It will only return.
I haven't been to Mousehole since I was a very little girl. I must have a trek towards Kathi next year and take the tour, so when is your wedding anniversary then? xx
.. and you must have seen the lights on for Christmas in Mousehole, they draw people from far and wide, a perfect shaped setting to see them all at once.
Great memories Anne, you must shout me if you rerun the journey one day.. xx
