Premiere !

Today is a Premiere event. The weather is yucky but I woke up happy (well pretty happy,
I won't push it either).

I am part of these people who get up in the morning more tired than when they went to bed the night before. That's the reason why I keep on complaining about people who suck my preciously saved energy. Obviously being tired all the time doesn't help having a good mood !

My friend Nicky offered me Paul McKenna's book "I can make you sleep". Last night I went to bed, lights off and I switched the "Transe / Hypnosis " audio on. I must have fallen asleep pretty quickly because I don't remember much of it, but when I got up, I felt I had more energy, so I must have slept well.

The funny thing is that I listened to it through the speakers of my Kindle, so anybody in the room could hear. I was the only human, but the dogs were there and call me silly but they slept like babies and didn't disturb me a single time last night. They were also much calmer this morning.

Project 365+1 - Day 74 : Unsual camera angle

The walk in the park was fun as everything looks brighter when I am less tired. I took some funny photos with unusual angles and although I didn't select them for my photo of today as they are silly, here they are anyway:

This is the photo i selected for today's word. Taken from middle of the stairs, looking up (but you had guessed that , lol).

Rhea didn't care for a second, but Bubbles who is the "thinking" dog of the 2, was trying to make sense of why I am laying down there.

Take care everybody, xxx

Your 'girls' always take such a lovely photo. Hope the sleep book helps- we struggle with sleep here because one of my dd's thinks it's a waste of time and likes to see both sides of the night!

Haven't taken mine- off out with Holly now to see what I can find!

All the photos are lovely. I wish you many more "good nights". It is awful to be constantly tired.

My DH can't see well enough to read at the moment, and so he relies on 'talking books' when he goes to bed. He says it is very hard to stay awake for more than 10 minutes, no matter how interesting or exciting the book!

Nice angle! If I had tried that I'd probably have fallen backwards down the stairs. You must have good balance

You only need to lay flat on your tummy, Sian !

Brilliant angles Anne. I can always rely on your site for good photos.

I'm glad to hear about the sleep Anne. It is horrible being tired.

I love all the photos. Did I see the red whale?
Oh and in answer to your question as to whether I had bought a costume, sadly no, I was just in my taking photos outfit :P otherwise known as the lounging suit :) (Joggers, slummy mummy that I am).

I love the angle, the girls look blissed out there!
