Normally when you change to Winter time, you sleep an hour longer and when you change to Summer time you sleep an hour less. In this house it's the opposite and it's all due to the girls.
They normally get their breakfast at 8. When we go to Winter time, at 8 it is already 9 according to their internal clock, so I end up getting up earlier because they are hungry and I can hear them complaining.
But after changing to Summer time last night, today at 8 was still 7 for them so we could steal an additional hour in bed !!!
The park is getting more and more gorgeous and such a magnificient blue sky certainly helps.
My back is getting better but I still slowly tiptoed not to make it worse, so no red whale photos today.
One of the only moments when Rhea is really obedient and kind is when I am hurt. Physically I mean, because mental hurt doesn't seem to count for her. We made a stop on a bench so I can relax a bit and she immediately took her position by my side, ready to guard.
She is such a sweet girl (when she wants to).
The " tree of the souls " is getting greener and greener and is kind of opening his wings. It's beautiful.
Do you remember these photos I took of the buds. It was on March 2nd:
They were around half an inch long.
23 days later, they are a bit more than 2 inches long and this is what they now look like
Project 365+1 - Day 85 : 9pm
I must confess I prepared everything in advance this afternoon in order to just have to add my photo tonight. Reason is DH is traveling again and we need to get up at 3am tomorrow morning so we will have an early night.
Here is my photo:
All packed, boarding pass printed, it's short after 9pm : Ready to go to bed now !
Take care everybody, xxx
