When you know Rhea is able to jump a meter at the sound of a spoon falling on the carpet, she certainly wasn't happy. She came for a cuddle when I was working.
She is a bit better now but years ago we had to build what the Vet calls an " Indian tent " in the living room so she could hide. Now she is a bit more reasonnable. I got up to pick something up and when I came back, she was all calm and settled down, but rolled over my chair's foot. I could sit back down without risking to hurt her, so it was time for a break.
Bubbles at the opposite will watch fireworks and doesn't mind thunders as long as they aren't too long. This is her favourite place in the house, she will watch the rain fall or look at birds and plants. This girl is the typical philosopher !

When I got up this morning I couldn't believe my eyes. This is what I saw when I opened the kitchen door
It didn't last too long though as half an hour later, the clouds had arrived, what gave me a hell of a migraine.
When we went to the park, it was cloudy
but then the sun popped out and it was incredibly hot so I just walked in T-shirt.

Project 365+1 - Day 194 : Motorized
That was easy. If I had to go to a desert Island and the girls would be with me, one of the 3 things I would take with me is my Dyson, lol ! I just can't live without it.
On the top you can see the " before " photo. There is some dog hair on my living room carpet though it doesn't look too dramatic.
On the " after photo " this is what my Dyson got out of the carpet and it does that every single day ( no I don't live in a castle ). It's the best vacuum cleaner ever against pets' hair.
I have another vacuum cleaner. This one is not motorized and only can be used in completely different situations. It's a clever one. You just have to call him and he comes if not already here This morning I dropped the box containing the girls boiled rice ( thanks God it didn't break open completely ) and this is my other vacuum cleaner at work. Without seconds, all the rice was gone.

Its so nice how Rhea and Bubbles have different personalities. The pink flower is gorgeous and we have had a lovely sunny day too. Well done on the motorised, I hadnt thought of the dyson...I must say I like dysons too...i got a cheap tesco one for upstairs but its not a patch on the dyson!
Rhea has Holly's thunderstorm and firework face! Holly is so scared of anything noisy. We have to put her a tight tshirt on. My old dog had to hide in the cupboard under the stairs- we could tell when he could sense a thunderstorm.
I'm still struggling to come up with an idea today.

Poor Rhea, it must be awful to be afraid of Thunder.
I'm like Bubbles I love watching Thunder storms from the house. Love your other vacuum cleaner.
Yes we had blue skies today, fortunately ours lasted all day! Poor doggie, my mum used to have a dog that was frighted and would only feel safe if she could sit in the car.
Oh poor Rhea, hope she is happier this evening. Bubbles looks amazing watching the world go by :)
Oh we miss our Dyson, we replaced it with a Hoover and it has been ok, but not really up to the job of our two. If I ever have dogs again it will be with a dyson and they will be a breed that is as hairless as possible! We also have a cheap tesco job upstairs and it needs cleaning out each time :)
