Half way

The movie Prometheus we saw last night was OKish for me and Sophie but the boys really liked it.

I didn't get a too nice start of the day (see project below) but we managed to have an early breakfast all together as Dennis and the Kids had booked to play tennis. On my side, I went to the park wit the girls.

The weather was half-half and although I had hung my wash outside, I was once again wondering if we wouldn't get wet, but we didn't.

I found a nice bark

They keep on telling me I don't need new glasses but I think they are wrong. Most of the time, I discover there was an intruder in my photo only when I upload it into the computer.

Lynne, just for you , some clouds pictures again ( well the others can look too , LOL )

Project 365+1 - Day 183 : Grumpy

Yeah ! We are half way ! 6 whole months of photos taken. We have done sooo well Ladies, we really can be proud of ourselves !

Firtsly to answer to KathiJo : You're so sweet: I know it's OK to use older pictures from time to time, I have just decided I am not allowed to, LOL, because if I do it once, it would be too easy to do it twice and so on and before I know, I just would show you pictures I've taken a while ago and that's it.

I have set myself the task of taking a new picture everyday on a given topic and that's what I want to do. I really intend finishing this year project so I need to be very disciplined as I only completed one Craft class in my whole life ( shame on me ). Funnily enough it was Chimelle's " Learn Something New Everyday " in which you also need to take a photo a day on a topic.

But don't worry, I still can use older photos in the blog itself to tell my stories. Beware, you might get sick of them . . .

Today's word is sooo perfect because I don't know where to turn to take pictures of grumpy individuals in this house.

Bubbles was sick during the night and she redecorated our kitchen floor. So yes, I was grumpy when I got up and needed to scrub everywhere before my morning coffee.

But Bubbles was upset too. When she does something like that, she knows it shouldn't happen and although I keep on cuddling here and say it's OK to be sick, she is grumpy for a couple of hours.

Then Sophie got a " lady stain " on her pyjamas during the night and she was quite grumpy about it.

But the contest winner this morning is David. He has one of these teenagers moments since a week or too. No eye contact, low head, no smile, criticizing everything, playing devil's advocate just for the principle . . . Pleaaaaaaaaase, make it stop !!!  He certainly deserves to be called grumpy !

So here you are with 2 photos : Grumpy Bubbles

and grumpy David ( no need to say he thought I was taking a picture of the breakfast table . . . )

A loving thought for Dennis who had to cope with us all today and did that with a smile, as always ( well almost always, LOL )

Take care everybody, xxx

Adorable picture of the grumpy dog and as for grumpy teenagers - that's something quite familiar. Shame I've only just seen today's word otherwise I could have taken a dozen photos.

Aww Anne, a great big cuddly-scruff for Bubbles. I hope she has cheered up this afternoon.

Poor you for teenagers. Lauren doesn't tend to be too grumpy. I guess as she isn't really 'ours' she doesn't always feel able to openly express too much grumpiness....
Louis is getting there and I know from Ali's temperament that when he gets there he will be the worst. Not Looking Forward To It At All!

Loved the cloud photos :) xxxxx

Lovely photos- Poor Bubbles. I hope she feels better soon.

I decided I just had to use 'opposites' today, as it was a happy day and our 'resident' grump is trying to earn some new dvds- so was trying to be happy too!
