The case of the mistaken identity . . .

My parents are really easy to please. Yesterday when we were leaving Asda, my mum said that at the checkout there was a small Hessian shopping bag that looked really nice. Hubby needed to pop in again so he bought one for her.

She was so happy with it. She didn't sleep with it in the bed . . .  but close !

Very early start this morning, I went to the park and for the second time, Rhea walked a bit more. She still wanted to go back home after a while, but she sits and doesn't lay down like she is going to collapse. So I brought her home and went out with Bubbles again.

This tree I call the Xmas tree. He is really beautiful but you would expect to see it under snow and not here !

It has gorgeous needles:

I bought a very small pot of these flowers 3 years ago and now they cover the front and back garden.

After Bubbles' walk, I brought Rhea back to the Vet as planned and he found her more alert. May be the combination of the kidney tablets and the shot. She got another one and we need to go back next week to check her kidneys again.

Then I managed to have breakfast at 10am, lucky me !

I don't know if Bubbles has been influenced by all the Jubilee preparations we see on TV but she seems to believe SHE is the queen. When somebody comes inside the house or gets up in the morning, she has decided she wants to be greated in her basket. So she goes there and waits. If you don't go she barks and if that doesn't work she goes on her back shaking her paws and making this weird noise like the whims of the terrible 2's. It has coincided with Rhea being sick so I think she is a bit jealous of the attention the other one gets, bless her !

By the way, the only thing I did to the blog was to change the comments to full page, but glad it resolved the problem !

Project 365+1 - Day 152 : Bargain

This one I knew what to take a photo of from the start.

I bought this adorable little handbag in a Charity Shop and I love it to bits. After a good clean it was like new and it cost me only £1 !

Take care everybody, xxx

Fun bargain bag but I like your mum's one better. So pretty with the daisy, no wonder she was pleased.

A great idea you left on my blog Anne. It is the strangest thing, as I was walking along today (when I took the photos) I was thinking what would be great is if Anne could let me know as she finds the prompts early.
Then I thought, I cannot ask her to do that. What a sweetheart you are :)
