The grass is growing so fast that we almost lost a ball yesterday. Bubbles wasn't amused and we had to stay until she finds it as she wouldn't take " we have plenty of others at home " for an answer .
I also spotted some gorgeous clouds
I could spend the whole day taking pictures of clouds ( and the rest of the year sorting my photos out ! )
Project 365+1 - Day 134 : Portrait of a woman
Well . . . yesterday was certainly an interesting word and it looks like we all had a lot of fun.
As of todays word, I will do it the Lieutenant Columbo way. First you get the crime then you get the story.
The Crime: This is my portrait of a woman. Isn't she sweet?
The Story:
Every morning week-end or not I follow the same routine: getting up, switching my computer on, feeding the girls, making coffee, checking the word of the day. So today was no exception.
Yesterday was " difficult " on the psychological way.
Today was even worse but on the logistic point of view.
Dennis family is in Wales, mine in France. Our friends are all abroad, we know some people but not like " Could I take a portrait of you just now ? " I didn't want to go and visit my neighbour in case she believes I had too much too drink, so I wasn't too happy when talking to DH. Then the following conversation happened:
Me: Hey you know what? I got an idea but I would need your hel ....
DH: No
- No what ?
- No
- What no?
- No No No
- What do you mean with No No No ?
Weird look from DH:
- No I am not playing the woman.
- Why not?
- Because I am not one
- But it just would be for fun
SIGH for DH
- I do it quickly
Aother SIGH from DH. I know I won . . .
- I do very quickly, nobody will know it's you
SHARP look from DH. Note to self: Anne, be careful and don't push it too much .
- OK, they will know it's you but I will have a great photo for today. PLEEEEAAAAASE ! ! !
Having got DH to agree and play woman for me, we then went to the park. We met women we know but thanks God he didn't think about having a picture of them instead of him.
Back home, the Mission Impossible look transformation started:
Some hair extensions
A scarf and a bit of make-up
Some jewellery and a sweet look. Here you are :
I've got a last one for the road:
Suzie never said it had to be a real AND a beautiful woman . . .
Don't I have the best hubby ever ?
Take care everybody, xxx

You certainly do- he's a great sport. I'm seeing my mum later- so will save my portrait for her. I don't think I would be so successful getting my dh to comply!
